Vacancy Maintenance
United Building Maintenance has developed a list of services that keep vacant buildings in show quality. Because managers never know when they might need to show a building to a potential tenant, we can provide a monthly or weekly program to keep the building ready to show at all times.
- Provide and replace interior lights
- Monitor exterior lights and report when they are out, replace as requested
- Provide and replace stained or broken ceiling tiles
- Wash inside and outside windows on a set schedule
- Remove cobwebs from skylights
- Compound sweep warehouse cement floors
- Check and clean roofs and downspouts
- Provide our Normal Monthly Vacancy Maintenance
- Remove cobwebs in building
- Vacuum carpets
- Clean restrooms, replenish any needed supplies
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dust window sills
- Clean outside entries
- Clean entrance glass doors
- Install deodorizers
