Night Janitorial

United Building Maintenance has been providing quality janitorial services for over 25 years. We can handle small once-a-week jobs to large six or seven day-a-week services. We can also provide Day Porter Services for companies that prefer a person on-site.

General Janitorial

Outside Entries

• Remove cobwebs from under the canopy and awning each time
• Vacuum entrance mat each time
• Clean ash urns each time
• Empty trash receptacles each time, washed as needed
• Clean glass entry doors and frames each time
• Inspect and sweep walkways as needed

Lobbies and Reception Area

• Clean glass entry doors and frames each time
• Dust and damp mop VCT floors each time
• Vacuum carpet each time and spot clean as needed
• Properly arrange and dust furniture each time
• Sweep or vacuum stairways each time
• Remove fingerprints as needed from desks, partitions, doors, woodwork, frames and around light switches

General, Executive, Private Offices and Conference Rooms

• Vacuum all carpets
• Empty and clean waste containers each time
• Empty recycling containers as requested
• Dust mop VCT floors each time and wet mop as needed
• Clean and polish elevators doors and walls each time
• Properly arrange and dust furniture each time
• Dust telephones each time and clean as needed
• Remove fingerprints as needed from desks, partitions, doors, woodwork, frames, interior glass and around light switches
• Dust office machines, computers screens, faxes, and copy machines

• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets and urinals each time
• Polish mirrors each time
• Clean and refill dispensers each time
• Dust and wet mop VCT floors each time
• Wipe down and polish metal work each time
• Keep janitorial closet clean and neat at all times

Kitchen & Coffee Stations

• Wipe down refrigerator surfaces each time
• Clean microwaves each time
• Dust and damp mop VCT floors each time
• Wipe down and polish metal work each time
• Clean and refill dispensers each time
• Clean and sanitize sinks, counters and tables each time
• Clean and sanitize water fountains each time
• Empty and rinse coffee pots each time
• Clean coffee spots around trash containers as needed
• Empty recycling containers as requested
• Wash dishes upon request, at an additional charge

Weekly Services

General, Executive, Private Offices and Conference Rooms

• Dust all ledges and window sills weekly

Kitchen and Coffee Stations

• Clean the inside of refrigerators once per week, at an additional charge

Restrooms and Showers

• Wash and sanitize showers once per week
• Treat drainage once per week

Periodic Services

Bathroom

• Wash partitions and walls once per month
• Dust paneled walls every three months
• Vacuum overhead vents every three months
• Dust blinds once a month
